The premiere San Francisco exhibition of paintings by American artist Donna Long will be on view at Serge Sorokko Gallery from June 20th-30th, 2007. Following the Sorokko Galery exhibition, Long's work will be included in an exhibition at the Napa Valley Museum in conjunction with the 2nd annual Festival del Solé, July 13th - 22nd. Long's expressive oil paintings reflect her lifelong passion for horses, which appear in vivrant landscapes or even as portrait subjects. In one way or another, the colorful expressionist works reflect Long's concern for the environment and the conflict between nature and the manmade world.

Long's work will be presented in Cortona, Italy in association with the festival del Solé, August 4th-18th, 2007.
